做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
