做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
