做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
