做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
