做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
