做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
