做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
