做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
