做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
