做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
