做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
