做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
