做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
