做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
