做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
