做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
