做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
