做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
