做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
