做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
