做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
