做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
