做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
