做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
