做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
