做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
