做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
