做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
