做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
