做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
