做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
