做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
