做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
