做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
