做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
