做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
