做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
