做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
