做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
