做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
