做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
