做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
