做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
