做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
