做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
