做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
