做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
