做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
