做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
