做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
